Important information about returning an Item

If you are not entirely satisfied with your ‘Feis Store’ purchase or ordered the wrong size or colour, you can return items (including delivery note) in their original condition (unworn) within 28 days of delivery for a full refund to, Feis Store, 1 Abbeyvale View, Swords, Co. Dublin. K67A8N2.

Your rights to return faulty items are unaffected.

Items such as cosmetics, sock glue, ear rings and those with security seal for hygiene purposes can only be returned if the product is faulty.

Please allow 7 -14 days for refund to show on credit/debit card.

‘Feis Store Gift Cards’ cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

If items are found to be faulty, return costs will be refunded to the buyer.

All items refunded will be to the method of payment used for the order. A confirmation e mail will be sent to the customer once the refund has been processed. Please check your bank statements for all card refunds and contact us at info.feisstore.ie if refund has not been received within 7 days of confirmation e mail.

Please keep your returns tracking number until you received your refund as proof of postage. Missing returns not sent by registered postage must be claimed for through ‘An Post’.

Delivery Information

Please note that next day delivery is not  guaranteed and is dependent on your choice of delivery method.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery.

‘Local collection’ is offered where there is an ‘urgent request ‘ or alternatively where the recipient is in the greater Dublin Area. This service is offered at the discretion of the ‘Feis Store’ team where e.g. class orders can be collected to reduce postage costs and we do our very best to facilitate.  Delivery can be arranged by e mailing us directly on info@feisstore.ie

An Post 24 hour delivery is ’24 hours’ from dispatch of an order and any items out of stock at time of order will be held on back order and despatched as soon as product is available for delivery.  If the first delivery date offered to you is greater than 10 working days please contact us at info.feisstore.ie for further information in relation to your order.

If any item is discontinued, you will be contacted by a member of the ‘Feis Store team’ and you have a choice of choosing an alternative product or receiving a full refund.

You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order, comply with importation regulations and any additional charges.Tracking my order
